**whatever-third-level-domain**.rendo.info

just want to play with DNS and apache vhost.

I want to have a website that whatever everyone put in the third level domain of rendo.info, it will go to http://rendo.info

so, after googling, i found that i can put:

1. In Bind DNS server:

*        IN A myipaddress

2. In Apache httpd.conf, inside virtualhost section:

ServerAlias rendo.info *.rendo.info

 

and now, everything you put in front of .rendo.info except http://gallery.rendo.info , you will reach my blog.
